SAP Configuration

SAP Configuration allows you to configure connection settings to a SAP system. The configuration is used for pipeline nodes that require a connection to a SAP system.

Configuration

To configure mail notification, follow these steps:

  • Open the Admin Panel.
  • Go to the General tab.
  • Click on Configurations.
  • Click the item of type System.Communication/SapConfigurationn with for the core service you want to configure or create a new SAP configuration using the New SAP configuration button.

The following fields are available for configuration:

  • Configuration Name: The name of the configuration. This value is used to identify the configuration for pipelines.
  • App Server Host: The host name of the SAP application server.
  • Client: The client number of the SAP system.
  • System/Instance Number: The system number of the SAP system.
  • System ID: The system ID of the SAP system.
  • Language: The language to use for the connection.
  • Trace: Enable or disable the trace for the connection.
  • Username: The username to connect to the SAP system.
  • Password: The password to connect to the SAP system.

If you want to use the SAP configuration as RFS server, you can configure the following fields:

  • Gateway Host: The host name of the SAP gateway server.
  • Gateway Service: The service name of the SAP gateway server.
  • Program ID: The program ID of the SAP gateway server.
  • Registration Count: The number of registrations for the SAP gateway server.
