Default IPipelineExecutionMode POCO. Use when the caller of IEtlDataOrchestrator.ExecutePipelineAsync<TEtlContext>(NodeDefinitionRoot, TEtlContext, IPipelineDebugger, Object, IPipelineExecutionMode) needs to set explicit mode flags for a single run without writing its own implementation.
