SecretSweepUnreadableValue
Namespace: Meshmakers.Octo.Runtime.Contracts.Secrets
A stored Secret value that cannot be read because its key id is not in the key ring - an entry of the re-entry list (decisions 2026-10-06, item 2). The value is kept: it becomes readable once the key is added to the ring, and is replaced by entering the secret again.
