SplitConsumptionRecordNode

Splits DATEN_CRMSG messages that span more than MaxHours into multiple smaller messages. Each split message covers at most MaxHours of data. The splitting is timezone-agnostic: it takes MeteringPeriodStart as-is and adds MaxHours for each chunk. Split messages get a suffix appended to their MessageId (e.g. _001, _002). Non-DATEN_CRMSG messages are passed through unchanged.
