Tenant Configuration

Tenant configurations are used by the core services of OctoMesh to store version numbers of default data created at initial startup of an OctoMesh service. The version numbers are used to update the initial data in the database when using new versions.

Initial data is about clients, resources and scopes, and is used by the Identity Service to manage the data. The initial data is stored in the database and is updated when the version number of the initial data is increased.

Configuration​

To configure mail notification, follow these steps:

  • Open the Admin Panel.
  • Go to the General tab.
  • Click on Configurations.
  • Click the item of type System/TenantConfiguration with for the core service you want to configure.

The following fields are available for configuration:

  • Configuration Name: The name of the configuration. This is a known name for the core service. Only change the value if you know what you are doing.
  • Configuration Value: A JSON string with the configuration values. The configuration values are different for each core service.
