Mail notification

Mail notification is used by the Identity Service to send emails to users. The emails are used to confirm the email address of a user or to set a password for a new user.

Configuration

To configure mail notification, follow these steps:

  • Open the Admin Panel.
  • Go to the General tab.
  • Click on Configurations.
  • Click the item of type System.Identity/MailNotificationConfiguration with name MailNotificationConfiguration.

The following fields are available for configuration:

  • Enable E-Mail notifications: Enable or disable email notifications.
  • Redirect URI after E-Mail notification: The URI to redirect to after the Identity Services has set a password of a new user or confirmed the email address of a user.
