E-Mail Sender Configuration

This configuration is used to configure connection settings for an SMTP server to send E-Mails using pipelines

Configuration​

To configure mail notification, follow these steps:

  • Open the Admin Panel.
  • Go to the General tab.
  • Click on Configurations.
  • Click the item of type System.Communication/EMailSenderConfiguration with for the core service you want to configure or create a new configuration using the New E-Mail Sender configuration button.

The following fields are available for configuration:

  • Configuration Name: The name of the configuration. This value is used to identify the configuration for pipelines.
  • Host: SMTP server host name.
  • Port: SMTP server port.
  • SSL Enabled: Enable or disable SSL for the connection.
  • Sender Email: The sender address for the E-Mail.
  • Username: The username to connect to the SMTP server.
  • Password: The password to connect to the SMTP server.
